Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING 

  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.
  • Packages do not ship from our distribution center on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas.
  • All products are shipped FREE to the contiguous 48 United States via UPS Ground from our location in Mesa, Arizona and will generally arrive in 3-5 business days after shipping.
  • If an item is needed sooner, select UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day during the checkout process for an additional charge. Air freight carriers reserve the right to extend their delivery times by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and air freight charges will not be refunded.
  • For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will have the option to choose one of several shipping services during the checkout process. Additional charges and delays may apply.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
  • Rotomaster does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO address, US Territories, or countries outside of the United States.
  • Damaged Shipments: Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. If you happen to receive a part damaged in shipping, please refer to the Returns Policy for more information.
  • Risk of Loss: We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company by the purchaser. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not been packed or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product pursuant to our Return Policy. 
 
 

RETURNS

CONDITIONS

  • This Return Policy only applies to products that were purchased from Rotomaster.com. If you would like to return products purchased elsewhere, please contact your point-of-sale merchant for assistance.
  • All returns must have a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Goods returned without an RMA# will result in delays in processing or an inability to process potential refunds.

IF PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED

  • Take photos of the damaged parcel before opening the box.
  • Make a list of items that are either damaged or missing.
  • Fill out the online Return Request Form within 30 business days of receipt. Please note it can take up to 3 business days to process an RMA request.
  • After reviewing the RMA request, Rotomaster will contact you by email with the RMA number and a pre-paid return label.
  • Use the provided pre-paid return label to ship the products back to Rotomaster.
  • Once the product is received by Rotomaster and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued based on the Return Request Form.
  • Important! Do NOT return your products prior to receiving a valid RMA number.

UNUSED PRODUCT RETURNS

  • All returns must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and be in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Fill out the online Return Request Form within 30 business days of receipt. Please note it can take up to 3 business days to process an RMA request.
  • After reviewing the Return Request, Rotomaster will contact you by email with the RMA number and a pre-paid return label.
  • All valid unused product returns will be credited back to customer MINUS the original order's shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee upon receipt and completion of processing at Rotomaster.
  • No refund will be given if the unit is NOT returned to Rotomaster.
  • If the returned unit has been installed, the unit will not be credited. Subject to Rotomaster's discretion, you will have the option to have the unit shipped back to you at your expense or receive a core credit.
  • Custom Order products cannot be returned for credit.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • Prior to initiating a Warranty Claim, we recommend calling 1-888-596-9899 and ask for Tech Support (8:00am to 4:00pm Arizona Time, Monday to Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Our team would be happy to assist in troubleshooting your issue in hopes of solving the problem without a return required. Turbochargers are part of a complex vehicle system, and there are many factors which could contribute to your problem aside from the turbocharger.
  • Multiple Warranties: If you find yourself ordering a second, or third replacement unit, PLEASE contact Rotomaster Tech Support to assist. Our goal is to help you identify any underlying issues that are present that must be fixed before using a replacement unit.

COVERAGE & CONDITIONS

  • Rotomaster Turbochargers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty subject to terms and conditions. Please see the official Rotomaster Warranty Policy for details.
  • No refund will be given if the unit is NOT returned to Rotomaster.
  • Warranty is ONLY valid to original purchaser.

REMEDY

  • This Remedy only applies to products that were purchased from Rotomaster.com. If you would like to file a warranty claim for products purchased elsewhere, please contact your point-of-sale merchant for assistance.
  • If you wish to proceed with a warranty claim, fill out the online Return Request Form. Please note it can take up to 3 business days to process an RMA request.
  • After reviewing the Return Request Form, Rotomaster will contact you by email with the RMA number and a pre-paid return label.
  • Use the provided pre-paid return label to ship the products back to Rotomaster.
  • After inspection of the product, a customer service representative will reach out to you with options for credit or replacement if the warranty claim is valid.
  • If the warranty claim is denied, and subject to Rotomaster's discretion, you will have the option to have the unit shipped back to you at your expense or receive a core credit.
  • Custom Order products cannot be returned for credit.
