Our Website is not directed towards children under the age of 18. Rotomaster does not seek or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we  delete such information from our systems. You may opt out of any sale of your Personal Information or sharing or processing of your Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising by clicking “Your Privacy Choices” and opting out of the use of third-party cookies and tracking technologies on our Website for analytics and advertising purposes. Additionally, residents of certain states may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their Personal Information or the processing of their Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising by utilizing the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). We will not discriminate against any consumer who exercises their rights listed above. When contacting us, please specify the right you wish to exercise and your state of residence. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. Within 45 calendar days, we will either provide a substantive response or notify you that an extension is required (of up to an additional 45 calendar days), which will include the reason for the extension. 

A request related to your Personal Information may only be made by you or an authorized agent designated by you. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by giving the authorized agent your written permission (including power of attorney) and taking steps to verify your identity directly with us. 

To process your request, we must be able to verify your identity or, where applicable, the authority of your authorized agent. To verify your identity, we will require that you (1) provide to us at least two pieces of Personal Information that we already have in our possession or (2) give a declaration as to your identity under penalty of perjury. We will use the Personal Information you provide solely to verify your identify.

California’s Shine the Light Law 

California’s Shine the Light Law permits California residents to request, annually and free of charge, information from us about our disclosure of their Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for such purposes.
